Who is Ms. Nichole?
Ms. Nichole (DePietro) has been a child care professional for over 30 years. She has experience in early childhood through school age care. With her training, experience, commitment and dedication she decided in 2008 that it was time to put her experience into her own program.
In May 2012, Ms. Nichole was awarded a Childhood Development Associate from Motlow State Community College. Ms. Nichole strives for excellence in each of her centers and is dedicated to providing quality childcare to the children in the community.

Ms. Nichole's Inc. is family owned and operated. Each member in our family has a role. We live, work, play and shop in the community. We take pride in the fact that our facility's are safe and convenient. We are committed to each child and love the everyday challenge that a child can bring.
A Message from Ms. Nichole
Our Business
The business was created with a suggestion from my husband. Wow, he had no clue what he was getting himself into. He has been by my side since the beginning. Without his support and commitment we would not be where we are today. We began our journey with the discussion of our personal challenge as parents. Homework completed without argument, fitness that does not include a joystick controller, healthy snack choices for the picky eater and some good old fun with your friends from school in a safe environment.
Giving Back to The Community
Ms. Nichole's believes that it is important to give back to our communities. Mike and Nichole participated in the 2012 Dierks Bently Motorcycle Ride to Benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. The MNI Smyrna Facility hosted a food drive, collecting over 2,000 pounds of food to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank. Our MNI family also participated in the Nashville Color Run. This 5K race celebrates healthiness, happiness, and giving back to the community.
